In 2020, disillusioned by the limitations and challenges within Western bedside nursing, I was serendipitously guided toward the holistic path of Eastern medicine. The pandemic illuminated the cracks in our conventional healthcare system, highlighting the urgent need for a more integrated and balanced approach to health and wellness. East Meets West Wellness represents this transformative journey, offering a sanctuary where traditional Eastern practices harmoniously blend with modern insights to foster holistic well-being and empower individuals to lead vibrant, healthy lives.
