To approach the concept of DNA activation with a deeper, more dynamic perspective, it must be a consistent practice.
In "Potentiate Your DNA," Sol Luckman presents DNA activation, specifically through his Regenetics Method, as a one-time ceremonial event using sound (solely the 528 Hz), intention, and linguistic coding. He posits that this singular act initiates a cascading biological and spiritual shift that unfolds naturally over time, like setting a self-perpetuating process in motion.
However, I believe that it must be an ongoing practice and it holds significant merit, especially when considered through a multidimensional lens. While one activation may indeed ignite latent codes or energetic shifts, the human system is not static. It’s continually influenced by environmental frequencies, emotional trauma, diet, sleep, stress levels, and overall energy hygiene, cosmic and collective energy shifts and spiritual free will and the necessity of conscious participation.
DNA isn't just a biochemical sequence, it's an antenna, constantly tuning and retuning based on internal and external stimuli. Much like going to the gym once won’t maintain physical health for life, a one-time DNA potentiation, though powerful, may not be sufficient to fully embody our potential if not supported by ongoing energetic hygiene and self-evolution practices.
Daily or regular practices, such as breathwork, sound healing, shadow work, meditation, fasting, sun-gazing, vibrational therapy, tuning forks, and even focused visualization, keep your field clear, your nervous system aligned, and your epigenetic switches in a state of optimal responsiveness.
So, while Luckman may be technically correct in saying you only need to do it once to initiate the process, it must become a lifestyle of energetic alignment. It honors the fact that activation is not an event, it’s a living path.
